Jewelry has been a Saxon family tradition since 1970, when Richard's father, John A. Saxon, founded Saxon Jewelers. His stores served communities across the region, from Pittsburgh and Steubenville to Morgantown. Today, Richard proudly carries that legacy forward in Weirton.
